With new industrial areas opening in Kalyanpur, the villagers finally
have reason to celebreate as the land prices have increased 3 folds in
some areas,
Rumours of USE launching projects near Bhatiya and nearby places were
there since almost a year, and people have flocked to grab lands at a
price thats comparable to prices in Jamnagar City, now
USE have
confirmed launching the projects near Bhatvadia and Gojnis villages.
USE is planning to create a Tank Farm, a jetty and a Thermal Power station in Jamnagar.
