MP Bribe case - Cairns complaints to oil minister

Adding salt to ongoing debate, Cairn India had requested petroleum minister S Jaipal Reddy's for intervention.
Cairn argues that a local congress parliamentarian was delaying its project in Jamnagar, Cairn did not named the MP.

A letter to Minister Reddy was dated on March 11, days before Jamnagar MP alleged this bribe case in parliament,  letter mentions that due to this politician, phase-II of its 70-km stretch of pipeline has been delayed by six months.
