Water bill of 24 years without water connection

A Jamnagar resident is getting water consumption bill since last 24 years, this is when the resident is not having a water connection at his home from the Jamnagar Municipal Corporation.

This resident, Raju Makwana stays with his family outside Nagnath gate, his father got the first bill from JMC in 1990 when they didn’t had the water tap connection. Since then its been 24 years the water bill was always issued by JMC on time.

All the communications done from Makwana's side goes unnoticed and Makwana has got some really funny responses like if you are staying in city, you will have to pay the bill.

The irony of the situation is that Raju Makwana is an employee of the JMC.
